FREO is a Sydney-based frozen dessert atelier founded by renowned fine-dining chef and restaurateur Federico Zanellato. This unique spot offers a DIY, pay-by-weight experience, where customers can mix and match from an array of flavored frozen yoghurt, express gelato, and sorbet, complemented by an extensive selection of toppings. All ingredrients used are fresh and of highest quality.
